We are an Amazon **e-commerce** business, working with this industry for **10+ years**, having a team of 30 people worldwide. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing. We work in a unique way, more similar to trading, different from many eCommerce companies. We organize processes, so we can make a profit by being more efficient in shipping, logistics, and timing to get the best market prices for our products.
Our business is of Research, Data mining, and understanding margins and returns. We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.
Now we are hiring an experienced **Accountant** to join our friendly team.
**Your actual tasks will be**:
- Data entry into accounting software
- Assisting Head of Finance in implementation of management accounting system
- Bank reconciliation
- Communication with suppliers in order to receive invoices for all transactions, find missing invoices and get suppliers to correct wrong invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables
- Writing SOPs in the financial area
- Regular financial statements preparation
- Ensure that company has invoices for all transactions

**You are the perfect fit if you**:
- Have a C1-C2 level of English and Spanish B2
- Have at least 3 years of experience working as an accountant
- Be an experienced user of Excel and QuickBooks Desktop or any other cloud accounting software
- Have experience with COGS calculation for different products
- Have a BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree
- Be flexible, honest and straightforward
- Have strong self-management and multitasking skills
- Be a detailed and goal-oriented person
- Respect and meet the deadlines
**A big advantage will be if you**:
- Have experience working for companies which sell on Amazon or any other platform
The job is **full-time **(8 h per day) from Monday to Friday; however, the working hours are flexible. Initially, 3-4 hours per day need to correspond with 15:00 - 19:00 (CET). You should also be available 1-2 days per week from 12 CET time.
**Salary**: S/.3,319.00 - S/.3,709.00 per month
