Servicenow Engineer

Heinsohn Business Technology is in search of a proficient and seasoned ServiceNow Engineer to become a part of our international team, playing a pivotal role in the design, development, and upkeep of our ServiceNow platform.

Tasks
- Personalize and configure the ServiceNow platform in accordance with business needs, which involves the creation and modification of modules, forms, and workflows.
- Plan, execute, and enhance automation workflows to simplify IT service management and business processes.
- Supervise the resolution of incidents and problems within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of IT issues.
- Manage the change management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring thorough documentation, approval, and effective execution of changes.
- Deliver training and offer support to end-users and stakeholders regarding ServiceNow's best practices and capabilities.
- Create and uphold reporting and data analytics solutions within ServiceNow to provide insights into service performance and areas for enhancement.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrades and patch management to guarantee the platform remains current and secure.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- 3+ years of Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow scripting and UI customization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integration methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
