**Responsibilities**:

- Foster client relationships by delivering timely and precise communication to US-based customers via verbal and written channels
- Provide prompt resolution for quotes, claims, e-signatures, billing and other policy requests
- Liaise with external entities to maintain exceptional customer experience
- Maintain customer files and record any transactions with customers in the CRM
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Errors & Omissions regulatory standards while executing all tasks

**Skills Required**:

- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage projects
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills
- Cross-cultural communication and collaboration

**You will be considered for this role if you have**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality or Humanities
- At least 1 year of Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom
- Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection and Entel 4G portable internet as a backup
- A laptop and a headset for training at Edge Edu
