**Minimum qualifications**:

- 15 years of experience in the sales/business development function.
- 10 years of experience promoting IT solutions to companies
- 10 years of experience leading IT teams.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in customer engagement, including in growing businesses and products
- Experience working in the Peru enterprise market.
- Experience and knowledge in cloud computing.

**About the job**:
As a Country Manager, you will drive the team to meet and exceed business growth goals while driving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will interface with customer executives and work with business agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Field Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals by working with enterprise companies.
- Recruit talent and mentor the team with a focus on providing actionable and direct feedback.
- Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and directly manage details in the business as required.
