Position Summary
Successfully manage the retail account commercial relationship to maximize sales, profits, and market indicators, ensuring a sustainable mid to long-term partnership for the El Salvador territory and other markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Account Development: Lead the account plan for the assigned customer by designing a 360° strategy that directs all activities related to the assigned customer, aiming to become Samsung's PIC (Professional in Charge), connecting and customizing Samsung's commercial platform (products, marketing, eCommerce, customer service, and legal).
- Sales Targets: Plan and execute sales targets and portfolio mix in the assigned territory, aligned with the company's strategy, to achieve the annual sales target.
- Inventory Management: Forecast and track the progress of sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, recording and updating sales and inventory figures in the system on time to plan future sell-in/sell-out tactical activities aimed at achieving sales targets and maintaining healthy inventory.
- Support Team: Ensure that non-sales teams (SCM, PM, MKT, TMK, BI, Training, BMO, Legal) properly understand, are aligned with, and follow the account strategy, including the portfolio and tactics/special requirements. KPI: Planning and Execution.
Skills and Qualifications- Experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues creatively.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English.
