**This position reports to**:
Local BU Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Helping to assess trends and legislation in HSE and communicating information on legal requirements in your area of expertise and geography.
- Helping constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and legal obligations.
- Delivering audits and assisting in following up improvement actions.
- Working across functions to raise awareness and drive performance and engaging with stakeholders to build credibility for the Center of Excellence.
- Helping to lead behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and competence initiatives.
- Aiding in spreading best practices, coordinating reporting on HSE performance and assisting in delivery of the Group audit program.
- Helping to plan and execute HSE performance and corporate responsibility projects, and managing project resources such as labor, financials and other relevant factors.

**Your background**:

- 8 years of experience in repair shops, projects and field services, working in the electrical market.
- Bachelor´s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or related.
- Sound knowledge of occupational health, safety and environment.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Knowledge as internal auditor in ISO 45001 and 14001 (desirable).
- Global HSE standards and local HSE legislation.
- Advanced English.
