**The Opportunity**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Serve as scrum master for the Business Applications scrum team.
- Enable the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values, coaching the team, removing impediments and protecting the team from disruption.
- Organize and facilitate team backlog management, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Scrum-related rituals.
- Assist VP, Business Applications, and scrum team as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving transparency, and disseminating information.
- Share Agile knowledge and best practices to maximize Scrum team performance and effectiveness.
- Coaches team in collaboration, transparency, iteration and being customer focused.
- Creates a high performing, self-organized team that is highly engaged and excited.
- Direct cross-functional projects / programs within the Enterprise Technology domain (or other domains as assigned)
- Manage cross team dependencies, timeline, risks, milestones, escalations of issues.
- Provides overall governance of resource allocation across projects and programs.
- Manage & monitors project plans, schedules, and budget.
- Support executive and company-wide updates on performance and risks
- Primary contact across cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitors achievement of success criteria in alignment with company strategy
- Builds consensus through collaboration and can influence without authority.
- Helps to evolve a culture of high performance and innovation that allows people to thrive.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and Enterprise Tech leadership to define scope and business objectives.
- Collaborate with external parties (e.g., partners, vendors, or legal entities).

**Skills and Experience You Need**:

- BA Degree, or related work experience
- Certified Scrum Master
- 5 years’ experience in project management or related role. In some cases, an equivalent combination of functional leadership and project management experience may be considered.
- Experience in a Scrum Master role for at least two years.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrable proficiency in Waterfall project management
- Comfortable with the implementation and execution of Scrum in an environment where individuals are unfamiliar with the methodology.
- Significant knowledge of stakeholder management or customer engagement management.
- Goal-driven, able to set clear short-, medium
- and long-term goals to keep focused in pursuing the roadmap/company goals.
- Proficiency in Agile work management tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project.
- Strong leadership skills and a history of leading through influence.
- Collaborative approach to decision-making on teams.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment and remain appropriately detail-oriented.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

**Skills and Experience We Prefer You Have**:
