Content Creator Manager

We’re looking for a Content Creators Manager responsible for ensuring a regular flow of content creation on TikTok and other short video platforms. Fluency in English is a Must. As a Content Creators Manager, you will be responsible for creating content ideas and editing videos provided by influencers, as well as, constantly communicating with them. Previous experience in fast-growing companies desired.

**About us**: We are a venture-backed fast-growing U.S based e-commerce that is changing the way consumers shop for beauty products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create video ideas weekly. At least 10 video briefs sent to influencers per week.
- Manage influencer communication.
- Give feedback on how to improve the quality of the content.
- Ensure weekly amount of influencer videos on TikTok (including repurposing in other platforms).
- Keep up to date on the latest trends, fashions, challenges, music, etc., and propose ideas on how to implement them.
- Manage other activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in Content Creation.
- Experience in fast-growing companies desired.
- Preferably with knowledge of skincare and the beauty industry.
- Relevant experience as a TikTok user. Preferable creating content yourself.
- Successful record of creating content that worked well and got attention.
- Strong understanding of TikTok: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, patterns, and platform updates.
- Strong verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience with content creation and editing apps.

**Salary**:
1000-1200 USD based on experience.

Payment will be fixed in USD regardless of the exchange rate.
