**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. As Clinical Liaison, this opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the mental health industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique mental health needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and modern sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the mental health industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep understanding of mental health services and the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in mental health or women’s healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual care coordination.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Compensation Range:USD $8 based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.

**Interview Process**
- **HR Screen**:The first phase involves an initial screening with HR. During this stage, we will discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with LunaJoy’s values and culture. This step ensures that you meet the basic qualifications and provides an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and the role.
- **Onboarding & Training**:Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about LunaJoy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.

Pay: S/.28,000.00 - S/.33,000.00 per hour
