**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participating as part of the IT Services technical team, attending internal meetings, you must be able to communicate with all levels of the team.
- Collect technical requirements of the business
- Participating or leading brainstorming sessions
- Participating in or leading proof-of-concept processes, as well as requirements development
- Work with external consultants on the various implementations that are made
- Work with mínimal supervision prioritizing according to scheduled tasks
- Consistently report to the Managed Services Supervisor and IT Services Director to keep them informed of issues, impediments, escalations, and resource needs
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide relevant information to the Managed Services Supervisor regarding managed services.
- Participate in the development of new products and solutions
- Inform management of process improvements in areas of concernMentor other team members.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 7 or more years in senior IT engineering positions
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Electronics, Networking, Computer Science or related
- Desired certifications in the requested technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, CompTIA Network+, Security+ and Server+, CCNA, VMWare (VCP), ITIL and related to cybersecurity.
- Advanced English level
