**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the organization and maintenance of project documents, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and correspondence.
- Accurate and timely data entry to update project databases, track expenses, and ensure project records are up-to-date.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Coordinate schedules and communication, with a focus on calendar management.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English (required).
- Bachelor's (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Tech savvy.
- Customer Service/Admin: 1 year (required).

**Technology**:HouzzPro, Procore, Buildtrend, AutoCad, CRMs (ideal, but not required).

**Physical Setting**:Fully Remote.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET with a one-hour lunch break.

**Salary**: S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,600.00 per month
