The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units or areas. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to develop or implement HR integrated solutions to businesses needs.

Main Responsibilities:

- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning with the HR Lead support
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR local and regional teams to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (required) Mainly Engineering or Administration; as second option Psychology/Law.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as HRBP in multinational companies. Ideally companies with products instead of services.
- Demonstrate strong capacity to resolving complex employee relations issues.
