**About us**:
We are a digital marketing agency dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses in Maryland and Pennsylvania. **Salary**:$1,100 - $1,500 USD (monthly)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites tailored to client needs.
- Build and manage websites primarily on **WordPress** (with experience in Duda, Shopify, and custom builds as a plus).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement **SEO strategies**, ensuring websites are optimized for search visibility.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform updates, and maintain website security.
- Work with content creators to ensure layouts align with branding and marketing goals.
- Conduct website testing and quality assurance before launches or updates.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, plugins, and industry trends.

**Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **WordPress** (required); Duda, Shopify, and custom builds are a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Solid understanding of **SEO principles** as they relate to web development.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Experience integrating APIs, plugins, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRMs).
- Familiarity with hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
- 2+ years of professional web development experience. (Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.)
- Portfolio of past web development projects, ideally showcasing work in WordPress and, if possible, Duda builds.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**: Remote

**Schedule**:Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM EST (1-hr lunch)

Pay: S/.3,850.00 - S/.5,255.00 per month
