Lead all on-site activities of medium to large project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning, maintenance phases in accordance with the established processes. Ensures compliance with relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
**This position reports to**:
Project Manager Officer
**Your responsibilities**:
- Technical representative - executor of the mechanical - civil works.
- Ensures the proper execution of the work in accordance with the current construction technical standards, with the planning stipulated for the execution and with the conditions legally agreed with the contractor of the work in question.
- Supervision of the civil company (subcontractor)
- Review of civil engineering to be carried out by the contractor company.
- Review and validation of the monthly valuations that are going to be presented to the client.
**Your background**:
- +10 years of experience (at least 8 years in the position of Construction Resident in construction projects in the industrial and electrical sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (collegiate and enabled)
- Desirable a Master's degree or postgraduate degree in construction management or related
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
- Experience in contracting with the state
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Intermediate English level desirable
