**Required Qualifications**:
- Associate degree or equivalent +1 year of corresponding experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of records and information management practices, rules, and regulations.
- The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex data / information sets.
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and orally) and establish effective working relationships with all levels of personnel as well as external service providers/vendors.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- CRM, CRA, IGP certifications are preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Advanced English is preferred.
**Corporate Records and Information Management (CRIM) Program**:
- Monitor CRIM Program based on policies/guidelines, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and governmental compliance.
- Provide guidance and monitor the CRIM program throughout the organization.
- Perform internal audits and record inventories on hardcopy and electronic records.
- Submit and report retention schedules changes to CRIM governance.
- Develop, modify, review, and implement CRIM Standard Operating Procedure (s) (SOP), Work Instructions and guidance documents, as applicable. Promote supplemental CRIM training and education modules to increase CRIM awareness throughout the organization.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Access various vendor databases to review inventory and perform transfer and retrievals of the records, as needed.
- Assist/coordinate with collection of records and information for litigation, as needed.
- Utilize solution(s) for tracking/managing records and information in multiple formats, to include metadata as per RIMS-4 Standard and other procedures as required.
- Provide guidance and support in the management of Network; shared and home drives, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Manage content on applicable CRIM SharePoint page(s)/team(s) ensuring internal processes are followed and site is current.
- Work with CRIM for recommendations of best method(s) of protection for company vital records, per the Global Vital Records Listing (GVR).
- Use vendor/external systems to analyze existing record inventories and recommend alternate storage solutions for local records as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date network of Departmental Records Coordinators and Signature Authorities by tracking organizational changes, providing overview of responsibilities, and providing ongoing communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Assure that internal CRIM audits are performed on applicable systems to ensure records are indexed correctly.
- Assist with/monitor budgetary items (Purchase Orders, Statement of Work, etc.) as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
