**JOB SUMMARY**: Management level officer who assists the Cashier/CFO in the financial and operational functions of the bank. Will also assist with the overall administration of the accounting area of the bank. Assists the CFO in Budgeting, Asset/Liability and Financial reporting, Internal Controls, Board Report and general bank operations.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Monitors/Assists with Accounting Department Activities
- Daily/Monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement Review/Preparation/Monitoring/Reporting/Backup as needed
- Assists with Operational Activities-Deposit/Loan Products
- Interact with other department staff/supervisors as needed
- Investment Activity-Reconciling/Review/Monitoring/Reporting
- Correspondent Bank Coordinator as needed
- Assist in Budgeting Preparation/Monitoring/Reporting
- Monthly Asset/Liability Report - Support Preparation/Monitoring/Reporting
- Board Report Preparation as assigned
- Quarterly Call Reports - Preparation/Monitoring/Reporting/Review
- Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual financial reporting as assigned
- Director Exam-preparation/support as needed
- Annual Tax Return Preparation support as assigned
- Member of Management Committee, IT Steering Committee, Compliance Committee, Call Report Committee
- Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of banking functions and supports the Company’s overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Participates in a wide variety of special projects and compiles a variety of special reports.
- Carries out duties assigned by management as required.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION**:
- Associate’s degree or better in a business or accounting related field or 10+ years of equivalent combination of education, training and work experience in a similar position.
- Six years of professional banking, accounting or managerial experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or accounting related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Cashier, Accounting or Leadership position in the banking industry.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
- Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds of computer equipment, paper supplies, and coin/currency.)
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Normal office environment.
