**Marketing Assistant**

Position Summary: We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who’s eager to learn, grow, and take on a variety of tasks. As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the CEO, handling a mix of creative and administrative duties to support our marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Report on social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Export completed files or documents and ensure content is set up according to the provided schedule.
- **Content Translation**: (We don't expect you to be a professional translator, but to know enough to make sure the content makes sense.)
- **Creative Assistance**:

- Support content handling using Canva and Figma.
- **Print Material Management**:

- Upload and manage the print production of materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Opportunity to assist with design and structuring of print materials as the role evolves.
- **Executive Support**:

- Assist the CEO with calendar management, scheduling client meetings, and coordinating internal communications.

**Future Qualifications: While this role initially focuses on scheduling, reporting, and content organization, there is potential for expanded responsibilities as you grow with the team. In the future, you may have the opportunity to**:

- Plan social media calendars and content strategies.
- Contribute more to print material design and structure.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Experience in marketing strategy or execution.
- Working knowledge of Figma or willingness to learn.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Suite.
- A quick learner with adaptability to handle diverse tasks and projects.
- Eagerness to grow with the company and take on new challenges.
