Interpreter Trainer

**Trainer Specialist for the Interpretation Department**

Must have knowledge of the interpretation protocols and best practices to provide quality and successful training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide training for new interpreters joining the company
- Evaluate and identify the areas of opportunity for the new interpreters to develop a training plan to improve those areas
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in interpreting medical information of new interpreters
- Adhere to the code of ethics and standards of interpretation
- Provide constant communication and updates to team leaders and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in _**English**_ language
- **Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience Training interpreters.**:

- **Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interpreter**:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m Central timezone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Internet connection of 10 MB download and upload. It must be connected via LAN cable. It cannot be wireless or through a data card. Check that latency doesn't go off over 100 ms. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest.net
- Good Computer (processor: Intel Core i3 10th Gen or better - RAM: 8GB or better).
- Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
