**The Role**

Kyndryl Project Specialists play a critical role in delivering successful projects and programs to our Kyndryl customers. We support our customers’ transformation visions through the delivery of many interconnected, related projects. Each one of these projects needs to deliver the intended outcome and project specialists are at the heart of making this happen.

As Project Specialist at Kyndryl, you will provide support for one or more projects at a time, often working within a project office environment, to deliver successful project outcomes to your customer. As the name implies, you will focus on a particular aspect of the project - such as planning, scheduling, or issue & risk tracking - as you build skills working under a project or program manager. As you build skills, you will move into other aspects of delivering a successful project, with a goal of preparing to lead projects on your own.

Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the fulfillment of contracted services monthly.
- Consolidate performance metrics, SLA, and performance reports.
- Track service consumption and volumetrics, including incidents, requests, and changes.
- Generate reports on database (DB) growth and other key indicators.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize services.
- Support the execution and development of projects related to contracted services.

Required Skills and Experience
- More than two years of experience in analysis and control of service metrics.
- Knowledge in SLA management and performance reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and generate consumption and volumetric reports.
- Capability to support technological or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Teamwork with “one team” philosophy.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- MS Office and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree: IT Administration.
