Team Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Commercial Lead for our markets in South Cone LATAM to focus on national and international food industry brands. The Key Account Commercial Lead will work closely with his team of Key Account Managers & the business strategy team to reach the growth potential and increase the coverage of key accounts. A KA Commercial Lead needs to develop solid relationships with key partners within the restaurant brands and the industry as well as support their business growth based on our sales activities and promotion strategic tools.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead the business’s account planning processes and develop/follow-up on performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones for the team, with the aim of increasing sales volume, revenue & profitability
- Be accountable for the achievement of the department’s overall assigned objectives.
- Play a mentorship role to his Key Account Managers, assisting in the execution of duties where necessary, developing and acknowledging their skills, as well as ensuring their constant professional improvement.
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with the Key decision makers of the restaurant brand partners, with a long term planning and understanding of their business.
- Provide insights with constructive solutions on improving KA’s growth.
- Have an analytical role to understand data on the internal and external sides of the business, the industry, the market, and competitive environment in order to identify key improvement areas in account maintenance and management.

Role Qualifications:

- English language, business fluency.
- Strong negotiation skills to have win-win collaboration with stakeholders.
- Possess a strong commercial background with the focus on account management and team leadership.
- Solid KA resource and connections in the industry is a plus.
- Has strong strategic & analytical skills with experience influencing and making decisions based on data
- Social versatility. Adapts to different cultures and organizational levels.
