**Main Purpose:**:Bring support the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment area, offering support to team members regarding the needs of materials and equipment, in addition to the support required by their immediate supervisor.
Observe and comply with procedures and guidelines related to the area, as well as technical specifications and specific guidelines, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the work carried out and compliance with deadlines in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:
- Technical Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of safety procedures/standards

- Advise and provide administrative support to the members of the area, reporting on the company's processes to meet their requirements.
- Maintain control of the PPE used in the area according to the needs.
- Review the internal procedures for generating warehouse vouchers, purchase orders or service orders, verify the progress of the processes so as not to have problems with payment delays.
- Caring for internal clients regarding permit and/or authorization procedures on SSOMA issues.
- Manage the statistical information of the area as well as keep the SAFEGUARD updated as required by the corporate offices.
- Organize and update the physical documentation of the area so that the documents are located accurately and quickly.
- Organize and update the information generated from internal and external audits and government regulatory agencies.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the equipment and machines assigned to the area.
- Is responsible for reporting any incident that occurs in the work area following established procedures.
**Key Relationships and Department Overview**:
Reporting to Sustainability Manager, HSE Administrative Assistant provide support in the management of HSE processes in the corporation in order to guarantee safety and anticipate the occurrence of unwanted events.
