JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Conversion Designer, your primary focus will be on crafting high-converting landing pages tailored to our clients in the home improvement industry within Canada and the US. Your expertise in typography, UX design, and proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop will be instrumental in maintaining our standards for engaging and effective design. You will leverage your knowledge of landing page builders like Instapage and digital marketing fundamentals to create visually compelling pages that drive results. Your success will be measured not only by the aesthetics of your designs but by their ability to convert visitors into leads, ultimately helping our clients increase sales. You will work closely with clients and our internal team to understand brand objectives, brainstorm innovative ideas, and refine designs based on feedback. Your ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative environment will be essential to your success in this position. RESPONSABILITIES:
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns to ensure that landing pages effectively communicate the desired message and drive conversions.
- Design variations of graphics to be tested in A/B experiments, analyze the results, and iterate templates based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates continuously.
- Maintain brand consistency and standards across all design assets, ensuring that graphics align with the client’s brand identity and messaging.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards for design deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives. BACKGROUND: Graphic Design Experience

- 2 years Copy Writing Experience

SKILLS:
- A proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of design principles and typography.
- An understanding of conversion optimization principles and experience in creating designs that drive user engagement and action.
- Digital marketing knowledge to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and optimize design strategies for improved conversion rates.
- A strong creative vision and ability to generate ideas while being receptive to feedback and collaboration.
- Exceptional english written and verbal communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on digital marketing materials and examples of successful conversion-focused designs.
- A strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize design and improve page functionality. Pay: From S/.2,000.00 per month Escolaridad:
