We are a talented team of experienced online marketing experts, specializing in optimizing all aspects of Amazon advertising. We grew more than 100% in the last 12 months, as we grow, there are many opportunities to grow with us. We are looking for an energetic and committed employee to lead the team of google ads and keep it organized and efficient. Now we are hiring a new **Google Ads Team Lead.** - English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions - At least 4 Years of Experience working in Google Ads troubleshooting and optimizing Outcomes. - At least 4 Years of Experience with Google Search Text Ads, Google Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Display Ads. - Experience with Google Discovery Ads is also welcomed, but is not Mandatory (it's new, we'll teach you) - Ability to make independent decisions and to organise the processes of the company - High understanding of work ethics and cooperation in an international team - High follow through skills, able to perform as a leader and charge the team **As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be**: - Manage a team of 5 Google Ads Specialists who Build and Manage Google Ads PPC Campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Discovery) - Manage internal and external DSP PPC Managers who specialize in Video and Display - Work under our "Director - Google Ads", a department manager - Meet Online (Zoom, Google Meeting) with Clients during USA work hours, and with team members at mutually agreed times - Oversee PPC Specialists to ensure they are hitting Goals, Managing Budgets, Providing Reports and Guidance to Clients, and Analyze PPC Campaign results - Promote PPC Performance Excellence, Outstanding Spend Stewardship, Irreproachable Ethics, and Professional Growth of all Team Members **We offer you**: - Flexible working hours - Career growth opportunities - Competitive monthly salary of 3000-4000 USD - 5% minimum raise at the end of 90 day probation period. - Remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want - Employee status with Paid Time Off, Healthcare, and more after probation period - Appreciation of life and work balance The job is a full time 40 hours a week position.
