This person must be proactive, detail oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. Main Activities:

- Search attractive profiles in different job boards and social networking to add them to the BairesDev team.

What are we looking for:

- Advanced students or graduates from careers such as Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Translation and related fields.
- Attention to detail in daily work.
- Methodical and proactive.
- Previous experience in customer service and / or sales are a plus.

Given that it is a dynamic and growing team, we are looking for very proactive people, eager to learn, propose new ideas and who are interested in understanding the business in order to solve problems that are not only related to the technical aspect.
- Advanced English level.
