This role directs the marketing and sales activities of Electrification Business in Peru tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.

**This position reports to**:
SP&SB Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building a robust sales organization with assistance from HR, through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
- Overseeing studies of the market and competitors, defining market segments, and developing and maintaining effective tools and metrics to monitor the market.
- Establishing strong customer relationships, utilizing feedback to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
- Identifying new business opportunities as well as a clear strategy to convert them.

**Your background**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working with marketing management.
- Desirable knowledge of electrical products.
- Experience in marketing, business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories.
- An understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.
- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with training in marketing.
- Desirable experience in a manager position.
- Intermediate-High English level.
