The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall risk & control and administrative activities of the business. These tasks may include contribution to external and internal audits, Management Control Assessment, ensure corrective actions are implemented, address regulatory issues and requirements. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount, support key policies, business continuity, digital transformation and may work on ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Act as MCA coordinator ensuring that each Unit identifies its critical process, implements adequate controls to mitigate any operational and behavioral risks. - Lead execution of quarterly monitoring and attestation process to ensure the correct implementation of the required controls. - Coordinate all MCA design and management requirements. - Ensure corrective actions are implemented for risk & control related issues. - Assist with periodic reports of financial results, P&L reconciliation, Decks for the Monthly & Quarterly Business Review, and ad-hoc presentation to the Markets Head. - Support the Cluster with the implementation of key policies and regulatory requirements, working with the cluster countries and cross functional teams, to ensure control framework, including risk & controls, market Conducts Risk. - Provide support to ensure that local procedures are properly implemented to comply with local regulations and Citi’s policies. - Support the Innovation efforts by implementing projects, awareness, data, and digital transformation initiatives. Participate in Global/Regional innovation work streams **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - 3-5 years’ experience of Business Analysis, Risk & Control, Audits Reviews - Knowledge of the Capital Markets and Financial Service Industry - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and processes - Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels - Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines - Quick Learner, ability for good understanding of activities, policies, procedures, and regulations. - Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
