In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.

**How you will contribute**

You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

- Analisis del reporte, consolidación de RCA, tracking mensual Wacam
- Solicitud de ATF a offenders
- Participación en capacitaciones de Política de Compra de nuevos ingresos individuales y/o grupales
- Solicitud de RCA a offenders / Tracking by month / historico /Reunión WoW Quality and Planning
- Gestion de evaluación de proveedores indirectos con impacto en calidad de producto (E2E Process)
- Priorización SCs para atención de Accenture, revisión SC atrasadas reunión con POC quincenal
- Soporte con Payment Issues Lima Plant (Weekly w/ AP): Revisar offenders, proveedores, Spend Areas, confirmar status de tickets Supplier Central
- Soporte para temas de pagos con proveedores de Planta Lima, adeudos, ley de pagos (Tracking)
- Direccionar con Spend Areas: Creación de proveedores, aprobación spot buys
- Soporte para procesos de compras a stakeholders (Contratos, compras Spot, Creación Proveedores)
- Soporte análisis de RCA de casos de impacto en operación
- Formatos de Solicitudes de Crédito y/o documentación relacionada a Compras
- Soporte para testeos de nuevos procesos procurement (Supplier Central, Flujos de aprobación SAP)
- Participación en auditorias externas e internas para procesos de Compras (Calidad Q3D, FSSC22000)
- Preparación para auditoria FSSC22000: Supplier Performance Indirectos, Expectativas de Calidad Direct Materials
- Actualización de procedimientos locales para: Gestion de Proveedores (SP Indirectos)
- M onitoreo a los BCP para Planta Lima
- Entre otras tareas relacionadas al puesto

**Principales requisitos**
- Educación: Profesional en las carreras de Administración de empresas, ingenieria industrial y carreras a fines
- Experiência: entre 2 y 3 años de experiência en puestos relacionados a compras y logística
- Ingles Intemedio (requisito)
