**What we’re looking for**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable database architecture and server-side infrastructure, built for high concurrent user traffic.
- Manage a team of engineers as well as act as an individual contributor. You will make key decisions and provide direction as one of the senior leaders of the development team
- Liaise between the development team and other internal stakeholders as it relates to the prioritization of team goals and status of ongoing projects
- Oversee and track metrics for monitoring system stability and security
- Write high-quality code with good test coverage and shepherd existing code refactoring exercises
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Maintain code integrity and organization

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience building out and making changes to already existing frameworks using Python
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge VueJS
- Experienced in Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Experienced in Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
- Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git, Bitbucket.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
