Un/a **Desarrollador/a Fullstack con foco en Backend**, con ganas de resolver problemas reales, escribir código limpio y escalar productos tecnológicos con impacto financiero. Participarás en el desarrollo de funcionalidades clave que potencian nuestras operaciones, con autonomía para proponer y mejorar.

**Requisitos Técnicos**
**Must Have**:

- Conocimientos de **Ruby** on Rails (excluyente)
- Conocimientos en **MySQL** y diseño de bases de datos relacionales.
- Manejo de **HTML, CSS y Bootstrap**.
- Uso de **Git** y flujos de trabajo colaborativos.

**Nice to Have**:
Experiência con APIs RESTful.
- Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experiência previa en fintechs, SaaS o startups.

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar y mantener servicios backend críticos del negocio.
- Diseñar y optimizar queries, estructuras y flujos de base de datos.
- Participar en decisiones técnicas y revisiones de código.
- Colaborar para construir soluciones funcionales y escalables.

**Modalidad de trabajo**
- **Híbrida**: trabajo parcial presencial desde nuestras oficinas en **Santiago de Surco, Lima**.
