Junior Employer Branding Analyst at BairesDev

You will be introduced, coached, and trained in multiple tools used in our Marketing department, allowing you to help us to keep our accelerated growth levels by keeping close eyes on our brand and marketing development.

We seek young and open-minded people, who want to learn how to work autonomously and who are not afraid to speak their minds. We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, packed with challenges and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

- Acquire a deep understanding of how our Marketing department is structured and get a high view of our processes, including (but not limited to) Brand Development, Brand Communications, Press & PR, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Deep-dive into our brand message, analyzing how it’s currently positioned in the market.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging and brand visual elements.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our brand personality and aligning the company around foundational concepts, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Students or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Publicity, Journalism, or related fields.
- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.
- A good improviser Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good academic grades will be a plus.
- Advanced English level.

Desirable (but not essential):

- 1+ years of previous work experience.
- Previous experience in the IT market is a BIG plus
