Junior Buyer

Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer to be part of its staff of professionals. The main activities to carry out are the following:

- Review the purchase requirement, request quotes and prepare comparative tables of offers that allow the evaluation and competitive selection of the best alternative for the acquisition of goods / services promoting cost savings (discounts, payment conditions, delivery terms, guarantees, services after-sales, etc.) without sacrificing quality or technical specifications
- Generation of purchase orders and / or contracts according to the applicable modality
- Interact with user areas so that needs can be anticipated and / or technical information supplemented
- Report generation support
- Monitoring of the supplier evaluation and qualification process
- Verify that the requirements comply with the approval flow according to the current delegation of authority and that this is strictly complied with prior to the generation of purchase orders and / or contracts
- Monitor the supplies and / or execution of the contracted service
- Monitor the facilities mainteinance of the office
- prepare the plan of office mainteinance (prevention and correctives)

Habilidades / Cualificación:

- University professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, international business or related careers
- Business knowledge
- Database management and analysis
- Knowledge of tools (SAP system and similar)
- Excel at advanced level
- Intermediate English
