**Compensation Package**:
- PEN 1,500 - PEN 1,850 per month

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial situation and provide information on debt relief programs
- Educate clients on debt relief options and help them choose the best solution for their needs
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This may involve answering product-related questions, handling complaints, and offering solutions.
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls when necessary. This can include responding to inquiries, processing orders, and conducting follow-up calls.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints by providing accurate information, finding solutions, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support if necessary.
- Maintaining Records: Document all customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately and comprehensively in the company's database. This information is crucial for future reference and analysis.
- Adherence to Scripts and Procedures: Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency in customer interactions. This helps in maintaining brand voice and delivering a standardized level of service.
- Time Management: Effectively manage call time to ensure that calls are handled efficiently without compromising the quality of service. This includes minimizing wait times and resolving issues promptly.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Ongoing training may be necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other call center agents and relevant departments to address customer issues that require additional support or specialized knowledge.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable to changes in procedures, scripts, or tools used in the call center.
**Required Skills/Qualifications**:
- Must speak fluent English
- Above average computer skills
- General understanding of the American financial system (Credit vs. Debit)
- Type 40+ words per minute
- College Degree Preferred
- Minimum 70 mb internet connection
- Must have Laptop and smartphone
