About the team

Working on the Education Cloud Post Sales Processes and Delivery Support role, the Intern will work closely with the Education Sales, Operations, Marketing and Delivery teams.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Education, Post Sales Support

**Location**: Lima, Peru - (Hybrid: Remote and on-site when needed)

**Duration**: 6 months (with option of renewal)

**In this role, you’ll**:
Support the Education Cloud Post Sales activities (Redemption and Enablement)
It is also part of the Young Professional duties to run reports and KPIs that allow to monitor the results of the Cloud programs
Perform follow up activities with customers for Cloud products coordinated with the sales team
Translate training content for Cloud products from English and Spanish to Portuguese (desirable).
Coordinate Customer facing events and ensure high quality standards
Understand SAP CRM databases and reporting tools available
Cloud perform data analysis
Work with the Global and Regional Education team to support campaign execution.
Perform system tests and documentation on the above area
Manage the Marketing assets translation process
Optimize the use of the customer database.

**Beneficial competencies & skills**:
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required
Enthusiasm to learn the SAP Education portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, etc.
Problem solver profile
Basic concepts of Finance, KPI analysis
Experience extracting and administrating large databases is a plus
Teamwork
Very Good oral and written communication skills
Initiative
Self-driven and result focus oriented. Ability to work with low direct supervision
Ability to learn and execute many tasks at the same time.

**Language requirements**:
Fluency in English is mandatory & Portuguese is a differential
Good level of English and Spanish writing skills

**Education & Job Experience**:
Current University student from Business Administration, Communication or Marketing
