**Job Description**:
We are looking for young and talented people to be part of a Young Talent Academy focused on IT Production area of one of our biggest and best clients

We are gonna focus this academy to have a gender balance. We want to collaborate in IT womens empowerment

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- IT related fields graduates
- Willing to develop their skills in the Production fields and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Looking for an opportunity to start a career in the banking industry
- Motivated to join a 6-week training program and willing to stay with us afterwards.
- English, at least B2 (fluent in speaking & writing).
- Commit to relocation in Malaga
- Available to work around 3 days a week at the office
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages like Python, Java, SQL
- Desirable knowledge about Public Clouds, system administrations, Devops, ITIL
