Director of Product at BairesDev

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead the product vision and cross product teams and to ensure compliance with all product management processes and create appropriate OKRs & KPIs to measure success.

What You’ll Do:

- Work with executive leadership to develop product strategy; create and drive resulting product roadmap with key metrics.
- Lead cross functional product teams.
- Ensures compliance with all product management processes.
- Assess competitive challenges and deliver clear strategic recommendations.
- Define, analyze and report metrics that inform the success of products (both problem areas & opportunities).
- Coaches product managers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 10+ years product management and leadership experience.
- Prior people management experience, with passion for leading and developing product teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to create appropriate KPIs to measure success.
- Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases that can be clearly and easily communicated.
- Technically savvy & comfortable with software systems & tools.
- Ability to remain flexible, juggle multiple priorities, & change directions as needed.
- Sound decision-making ability.
