**What You Will Do**:

- Execute the policies and measures defined by the organization, necessary to guarantee the safety of the employees and assets under their charge; as well as to comply with the quality and environmental protection standards established in the applicable legislation, norms and good practices.
- Obtain and prepare daily Direct Freight cost information (Freight Cost Settlements).
- Centralization cost management (Logistics Fee)
- Manage self-service and pharma legalizations (B2B/Manual matching)
- Perform expense transfer procedure in SAP system
- Management and control of logistic supplies.
- Lead expense follow-up meetings.
- Oversee that the team correctly performs the review of current carrier contracts and associated documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing area the creation in the system of the carriers.
- Raise alerts when appropriate, for non-compliance in contracts.
- Supervise the verification of the update of the documents of the transporters.
- Analyze the feasibility of project savings.
- Review the data generated by the systems in order to present a savings proposal.
- Transfer the project implementation information to the corresponding area.
- Follow up the results of the projects in the operation.

**Who You Are**:
Professional technician.
Experience in document control, transport settlements and cost management.
Interpersonal communication (direct relationship with commercial area, customer service, planning and warehouse).
Intermediate Office.
