**Job Description Summary**:As the Amazon Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Amazon account onboarding for new clients. You will work closely with our onboarding and client teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Onboarding**:

- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new brands joining the agency.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans that include timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

**Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to new brand launches and existing brand expansions.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met for all projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and success.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and project phases.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project components.

**Expansion into New Countries**:

- Oversee the process of launching brands into new countries on Amazon.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements for new market entries.
- Work with cross-functional teams to adapt and localize product listings and marketing materials.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding and project management processes.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of ongoing projects, including any issues or risks.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects.

End-of-Week Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver end-of-week reports summarizing project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
- Create video updates to provide a detailed overview of project status and any significant developments.
- Compile and distribute documentation that supports the video updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Amazon Project Manager, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon account management and onboarding processes.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive insights and improvements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Prior experience in client onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional client experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of understanding and exceeding client needs.
