Yofc company is searching for a Suplly chain manager who will have the mission of build up the supply chain team and platform to ensure the successful delivery of the project, including the management of 2 warehouses in Lima, negociating and selecting transportation company and customs agency, supplier performance evaluation, staff training, process making, delivery cost management and optimization, etc. Functions: Analyzing project demand and scope of work, making supply chain strategy and making supply chain solution. Investigating overall logistics resources in Peru, including availability of seaport/airport, customs clearance environment, transportation route to each region, warehouse condition and LSP ability Negotiating and signing contract with LSP, including sealine/airline, port authority, customs agency, transportation company, warehouse company. Making supply chain processes, including customs clearance, local transportation, warehouse management, payment management. Supply chain staff recruitment and training. Supply chain department management, including regular business management, budget management, cost management. Staff management, including training, guiding, evaluation and making improvement plan. Supplier performance management, including supplier selecting and termination, evaluation, cost down, etc.

**Requisitos**:
Knowledge in International business, incoterms 2010, logistics management English level Advanced Ms office level advanced Previous experience similar position desirable more than 5 years.
