**Estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Acquisition Outbound Chief**:
En Tigo estamos creciendo y queremos sumar a un/a líder estratégico que impulse la **adquisición de nuevos clientes residenciales y móviles**a través del canal **outbound**

**¿Qué harás en este rol?**:

- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de adquisición vía outbound para servicios residenciales.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de KPIs clave: ventas, productividad, calidad y retención.

- Coordinar operaciones de gran escala junto a partners y equipos internos.

- Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos, flujos comerciales, scripts y herramientas (CRM, marcadores, etc.).

- Alinear el canal con campañas globales, BI, producto y operaciones.

- Desarrollar talento comercial y fortalecer los mandos medios.

- Velar por una experiência excepcional del cliente de principio a fin.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Experiência sólida liderando estrategias outbound y operaciones de alto volumen.

- Background en ventas de servicios residenciales/fijos (idealmente telecom).

- Manejo avanzado de KPIs de conversión, contactabilidad y calidad.

- Conocimiento de CRMs, marcadores automáticos y herramientas de telefonía.

- Capacidad analítica para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

- Conocimiento de prácticas de venta ética y compliance.

- Liderazgo fuerte, coaching y motivación de equipos grandes.

- Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque a resultados.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión con múltiples stakeholders.

- Resolución de problemas en tiempo real y alta adaptabilidad.
