**Technical Consultant (Asia)**:
**Key Responsibilites**:

- Work closely with the sales team and partners to deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments.
- Design and propose observability and AIOps solutions that align with customer needs.
- Lead the technical deployment of NetGain’s platform, ensuring successful onboarding and integration.
- Provide technical training to partners and customers to maximize adoption.
- Assist in troubleshooting and support, resolving technical issues related to deployments.
- Gather customer feedback to help shape NetGain’s product roadmap and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in a relevant computing discipline
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in IT infrastructure, observability, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, monitoring, and cloud/on-prem architectures.
- Experience with IT operations, system administration, or network engineering is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with partners and customers across diverse industries and cultures in Asia.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
