**Responsibilities**:
- Led the QA team and ensure the quality of the delivered software.
- Participate in the full life-cycle of software development from requirements through implementation.
- Elaborate reports on the effectiveness and defects of the production team. Join forces with Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, and Software Developers.
- Work in an agile environment and with a multicultural team. Understand test strategies and assess risks.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with **automation testing**.
- Experience** leading QA teams**:
- Excellent understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA sign-off, GO / NO GO, End-to-End, User Acceptance Testing).
- Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in designing and executing test cases, analysis of requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- The analytical mindset to identify test scenarios for both Front-end and Back-end.
- Collaborate on the Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing test results, errors, and bugs.
