**What you will be doing**:

- You would need to be able to read a brief and design based on requirements.
- You will need to follow brand guidelines, as well as follow and recreate a style when there is no manual.
- You will be designing for different media, mainly digital, so you will need to know technical aspects as well as create layouts.
- You will work with both Illustrator and Photoshop, besides other software you bring in. (We are eager to know what you can show us, after, premiere, apps, Figma, whatever you like).
- You will work with a team, collaborating, and bringing your ideas, and suggesting improvements.
- You will be able to receive feedback and discuss it with account managers.
- You are open to learning, know how to self-manage your tasks and ask for assistance.
**Powers Required**:

- At least 3-year experience with Graphic Design
- You know the graphic formats for the main digital adv platforms (FB, IG, Google...)
- Self-learner personality and somebody who is able to adapt fast according to feedback
- Autonomous in decision-making and proactive in providing inputs. We are not graphic designers, therefore we'll rely on your knowledge and expertise
- You are familiar with social media marketing
- A team player with high motivation, ambition, and a solution-oriented attitude
- Client-facing, therefore fluent in English
- Great portfolio
- Experience with Paid Media /Facebook ads preferred

- For the moment, we will need you to work around 20 hours per week to start.
- An hourly rate of $10 - $20 per hour but negotiable depending on experience
