**¿Cuál será tu desafío?**
- Asegurar la implementación de estrategias de diseño que impulsen la madurez del equipo y maximicen el retorno del diseño en la organización. Actuar como un puente entre las especialidades del equipo, garantizando que el diseño estratégico esté alineado con sus objetivos y con el impacto esperado en cada proyecto, producto e iniciativa. Liderar la creación y evolución de un modelo de medición del ROI del diseño, asegurando que las decisiones estratégicas se basen en datos y generen mejoras continuas en la gestión y el impacto del equipo.

**¿Qué harás en tu rol?**
- Implementar estrategias que aceleren la madurez del equipo de diseño dentro de la organización.
- Diseñar, operar y mejorar un modelo de medición del impacto del diseño en la organización.
- Asegurar la conexión entre diseño estratégico y las demás especialidades del equipo (research, producto, growth, etc.).
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia en la ejecución de iniciativas de diseño.
- Identificar oportunidades estratégicas para desarrollar nuevos modelos de negocio a partir de insights de usuarios y tendencias del mercado.
- Apoyar la iteración de propuestas de valor basadas en experimentación y validación con clientes.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Experiência en experimentación.
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Metodologías de Design Thinking, Service Design, Business Model Canvas y Lean Startup.
- Estrategias de medición del ROI
- Deseable Técnicas de experimentación y validación.
- Herramientas como Figma, Miro, FigJam, Notion y plataformas de testing de usuario.
- Análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Deseable Conocimiento de frameworks ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs).
