What you’ll do as a **Sales Associate**?
- Be able to explain the service and be the main point of contact with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Develop as an advisor in real estate industry.
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
What you´ll need to be a part of the TOP Team of **Sales Associate**?
- An advanced English level.
- Desirable sales experience.
- To live in Lima, better if you are in Miraflores and surroundings.
- To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
- To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
What you´ll enjoy:
- Renewable 6-month contract.
- Available to work in Miraflores district.
- Paid training from day one.
- The salary for Sales Associate C1 is of S/.2,000 + 15% Variable + Mobility bonus.
- Available schedules from 8AM to 11PM - Monday to Sunday (48 hours per week).
