Estamos buscando un(a) Mfs Channels Support Clerk.
Ubicación: El Salvador
Propósito Principal: Responsable de la gestión y control de las bases de datos de canales y clientes en el negocio de MFS. Esta posición contribuye al objetivo de captar nuevos participantes y usuarios, así como a mejorar el _survival rate_ de los actuales, a través de la gestión, seguimiento y resolución de requerimientos y reclamos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Análisis de casos back office.- Atención de reclamos.- Buscar la mejora operativa y eficiencia de los procesos del área.- Control de canales de usuarios y proceso de registro de suscriptores.- Aprobación de creaciones de todas las bases de canales de venta Tigo Money.- Encargado de toda la reportería operativa de aliados y conciliaciones con tercero.- Mejora en procesos operativos.- Monitoreo de comportamiento de productos y servicios de toda la unidad de negocio.- Realizar el respectivo análisis e iniciar los ajustes correspondientes del proceso de gestión de casos.- Monitoreo de métricas de registros de usuarios en los canales disponibles.- Establecer controles y medidas de cumplimiento del marco regulatorio aplicable a clientes TMY.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.- 2 años de experiência en áreas operativas y financieras.- Conocimiento y manejo de sistemas de gestión de tickets.- Dominio del paquete de Office.
