**Summary**

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.
**As an F&B Assistant you will**:

- Be able to work in all areas of food and beverages.
- Learn how to make inventories, recipes and calculate costs.
- Draft reports from the Location.
- Manage guest inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Reach targeted sales with the most up-to-date departmental incentives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Strive to achieve the objectives of the department.
- Ensure work areas are clean and in proper working order.

- Knowledge of Microsoft package (statistical tables, excel, powerpoint, word, costs, controls, formats, standards)
