The opportunity:
What will you do:

- Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
- Takes ownership of customer problems, works diligently to solve those, and measures success both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Responsible for analysis, design, estimation, code, automated test, deploy, and maintenance of responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that are continuously improved to deliver increasing value to the user.
- Inspires and motivates team members to set high standards of excellence and commitment to a common goal.
- Work on a small team, in an agile development environment, keeping the team up to date on progress, workflow, and blockers.

What you bring to the table:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or related experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in UI development.
- Passionate about modern UI technologies, beautiful and polished UIs, building atop a react/redux style state management system in Flutter. You’re excited to work in Flutter and have experience working with UI platforms such as Flutter, React, or Angular.
- Proficient with HTML and SCSS technologies.
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines using Git & any CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in an Agile
- or Scrum-based environment.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Desire to work on a platform that is relentlessly customer-focused at an early-stage startup.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and a strong work ethic. A self-starter capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
