**Job Description** AECOM is looking for a Translator to provide support to program management working on a major infrastructure project. The position will report to program management as part of the Lima/Peru based office team.**

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Support project team as required during meetings with the client and other stakeholders.
- Prepare a strategy for efficient translation of deliverables during the lifetime of the project taking into account that many deliverables are finalised at short notice.
- Translate documents as they are arise.
- Support management in the recording of meeting minutes in both English and Spanish;
- Upload documentation into the AECOM systems as needed.
- Support to the document control team as required.
- Other operational support, as directed by program management; and
- Coordination with AECOM´s operations management team.
- Serve as part of the team translating all significant documents developed during the lifetime of the project. Such documents will include, but not be limited to, meeting minutes, design drawings, reports, specifications, presentations, letters, etc.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:

- HS +6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Bilingual English & Spanish - writing, reading and speaking.
- Experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Additional Information** Preferred Requirements**:

- Professional certification or College degree in Translation and interpretation, +5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience on engineering and/or construction projects.
