**Misión del cargo**:
Como Program Lead, tendrás la responsabilidad operativa y estratégica del Propel Fellowship.
**Funciones del cargo**:
Responsabilidades clave
1. Logística del Fellowship (40%)
Asegurar la ejecución impecable de un Fellowship magnético.
Coordinar la logística y el soporte técnico de todas las sesiones en vivo.
Coordinar y apoyar en la producción y actualización de presentaciones, frameworks y kits por cohorte.
Facilitar dinámicas de sesiones y asegurar el cumplimiento del plan.
Mantener organizada la base de datos de Fellows y aliados de programas.
2. Interacción con Fellows (25%)
Diseñar una experiência clara y agradable durante el proceso de selección, las 6 semanas de acompañamiento y el cierre.
Apoyar en las campañas de convocatoria para atrar a fellows excepcionales.
Liderar los procesos de onboarding y offboarding.
**Ser el punto de contacto principal de los Fellows**: atender consultas, necesidades y facilitar conexiones.
3. Comunicación y plataformas de aprendizaje (15%)
Garantizar una experiência digital ágil y de calidad.
Coordinar la carga de contenidos (guías y videos) a la plataforma virtual de aprendizaje.
4. Interlocución con aliados estratégicos (15%)
Fortalecer relaciones con speakers y organizaciones aliadas.
Coordinar la logística de sesiones con speakers e invitados para asegurar sesiones de calidad.
Gestionar la difusión externa y el contacto con aliados institucionales.
5. Mejora continua y tecnología (5%)
Impulsar mejoras sostenibles a través de la tecnología.
Identificar y implementar soluciones digitales para aumentar eficiencia y mejorar experiência.
Mantener actualizado el blueprint del Fellowship.

**Requisitos**:
2+ años impartiendo experiências de aprendizaje.
Experiência gestionando proyectos y articulando con múltiples stakeholders.
Experiência logística en entornos virtuales.
Facilidad para la tecnología y herramientas digitales (Slack, Mural, Monday, etc.).
Gran capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y priorización.
Bilingüe español e inglés.
