**About the Role**:
As an HR Specialist at TD SYNNEX Peru, you will be at the heart of our people-centric approach, driving our people plan with a focus on employee relations, engagement, and dynamic HR projects.
**What You'll Do**:
- Be the **go-to **specialist for resolving employee relations issues, offering coaching to managers on disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to navigate change management projects, contributing to restructures, redundancies, and redeployment strategies.
- Proactively manage absence cases, working closely with health professionals and ensuring timely resolutions aligned with our company's standards.
- ** Shape** the implementation of our people plan and actively participate in exciting HR projects.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support through both telephone and in-person interactions.
- Contribute to training initiatives, partnering with the Learning and Development Manager for programs on employee relations and company induction.
- Support organizational changes, ensuring adherence to processes and meticulous maintenance of essential records.
- Play a key role in succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Coach line managers on performance management and employee relations, fostering organizational capability.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and current legislation.
- Take charge of all administrative tasks associated with the role, collaborating seamlessly with HR Coordinators.
- Deliver timely and accurate employee reporting.
- Work **collaboratively** within the broader HR community to ensure the successful resolution of all employee matters.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- Proven expertise and solid knowledge of Peruvian labor law.
- Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week, residing conveniently near the office.
- Intermediate proficiency in English to excel in our globally connected environment.
- In-depth understanding of local safety and hygiene regulations.
- Expertise in calculating vacations and remunerations.
